can i lay 12"x12" vinyl tiles over like tiles in bathroom and kitchen?
Also,Can i leave the kitchen stove and toilet and pedestle sink in place ?
Both floors are in good shape and solid.

You can put vinyl of vinyl but I would remove the toilet and the sink. If you do not remove these and then later down the road you have to replace them, the new ones might not have the same footprint as the ones now. It will look much cleaner if you pull them up, lay the floor, and put them back.
