Can the black and decker electric (4 HP) handle a power rake (thatching) blade?? I bought one, and it didnt fit as the bolt is slightly larger than the hole..I looked on the black and decker home pagem but see nothing...any help??...can I just grind out the hole on the blade I got to fit?? It is just a hair too small...thanks

I can't say, from knowledge sake, that the mower will handle a thatching blade but I don't see why it wouldn't. I'd say you simply have a bit of paint in the blade center that need to be cleaned up for the blade bolt to find its way through. On the other hand, if it's indeed well too small, then I wouldn't recommend grinding it oversize as this is an inaccurate method, I'd drill it out using the proper size drill bit.
