Hi
Welcome to the forums

It depends on what the dirt is
But I'd try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser first
It works with just water, so it's your best place to start

If that doesn't cut it, I like Simple Green

If that doesn't cut it, Soft Scrub With Bleach

Obviously we are getting harsher as we go along, so the chances of affecting the paint are greater

Some types/brands/lines of flats are easier to clean than others, so it's best to start mild, then work your way up
Some don't clean well at all, so you'll figure out if yours is one as you go along

The washability is directly related to the quality of the flat paint! Quality flats can be very washable while the el cheapo brand may not wash at all

Follow slick's cleaning instructions, if that doesn't work you may be able to touch it up with some leftover paint - if you have some.
