I had a problem that Im pretty sure Ive solved in my Moms condo basement. 2" of rain was sure to flood it from under the wall, but there are cleanouts in every corner now teed into the perimeter pipes so I can keep them free of the red goo that fills them and plugs them. I have new dehumidifier that I bought to help with the water removal process before I cleaned and re engineered the perimeter drains. What is a mystery now is that it hasnt rained a significant amount for weeks, and there has been no water even running to the sump like it normally does. The dehumidifier, however, is filling up daily (water gets to the overflow hose and goes to the sump from there). What is my next move, if any? I know this place was built in a swamp, but damp all the time?

Basements in green grass states need dehumidification. Keep RH under 50% Make sure your dehumidifier can do a minimum of 60 pints per day.
