Hey, everybody. After so much research and advise, I got 3 inspectors from well known, large companies, confirmed the intruders at my backdoor are indeed termites, and found active tunnels in two fences as well.
Just wanted to tell you I decided to "Terminix" them. The inspector was by far the most knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me his product, very thorough.
The biggest selling point was the damage warranty. Eventhough I live in a duplex (townhome), I can have their warranty. For the same $$ that the others were asking for regular treatment, I can have Terminix treat, come as often as needed, and repair at no cost any further damage, anytime, no $ limit.
The subsequent annual contract was equal to or cheaper than the other companies. Hopefully this is one more story with happy ending :D
Thank you all for your help!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and do get Termidor stocks, I don't see anyway for that company to go but up. Of the 15-20 companies that I check before narrowing down to 3, all of them used it, some in addition (more often not) to others

Termidor is great until the next great thing comes along
Sentricon was the it treatment not that long ago
Science moves so fast these days
Also read your contract very carefully and do what it says to do
The internal motto for the termite claims department of Terminix is "Just say no"
They will do all they can to get out of paying if they can prove you were negligent
But they are no worse than any other business and they do have the best guarantee in the industry

Make sure when they come and inspect that they do. Here's a true story that happened to my mother....
My mother and my Aunt live next door to one another and houses are the same color. My Aunt had a contract with a a termite exterminator. They instead went to my mother house and inspected it by accident and gave her a clean inspection with no termites. Needles to say 2 months later I was there replacing 3 floor joists, 4 studs, skirting and wood siding. No termites...yea right!!
Bad thing is my Aunt still use that company... My mother after I fixed all of her termite damage has a contract with a well known company and has the damage contract.

That repair contract is so important
Without it they are basically saying
If we don't do it right the first time will just do it again
Instead of we will pay for our mistake and then do it again
Another old saying
We don't always have time to do it right but we can always make time to do it again
If y'all only knew what we said when you weren't listening

Make sure you check the fine print on that repair contract. Most of them limit the $ amount to what you are spending. Personally I think a company is foolish to offer a repair warranty, the liability to the business is huge. You cannot see into the walls and floor to know what pre-existing damage is there. Having a repair warranty is a sales gimmick most of the time. Like I said check the fine print.
