I fertalized my St. AUgustine last weekend. Today I noticed 2 spots at the corner where I must have applied too much. Obviously the grass has turned yellowish brown. I watered it down today just to be on the safe side, even thought he sprinklers went on on Teusday.

My question is, is there anything I can do to help with the burn or do I just have to let the healthy grass grow in over the dead/burnt grass.

Thanks in advance.

I had this same problem. I am not sure if there is anything you can do to help it but mine was greening up by the next week.

As indicated, grass will likely recuperate.
