I will be planting 3 queen palms along a fence-line. How far apart should I space them? THey are only about 12-15 feet high right now.

Depends somewhat on the look you hope to achieve. We have two palms at the front of our property about 25-30 feet apart; I think they would look crowded if they were closer although I did a quick google and some sites say closer or even in bunches.
