I am replacing a Trane Baystat239A thermostat with a Honeywell RTH3100C. I have a heat pump with auxiliary heat. All wires to the old thermostat are accounted for on the new thermostat EXCEPT a "tan" wire which is currently connected to "T". The new thermostat connections are: E, Aux, Y, G, O, L, R, B, C. The old thermostat connections are: G, O, X2, Y, T, R, W, U, F, B. I need to know where to put the existing tan (T) wire on the new thermostat.

I honestly can not remember exacly what 't' is with out going to my van and looking it up.
But I know I can say tape it off and forget it.
