Sounds like another typical convergence problem.
Is there a setting in the menu to converge or realign, if not the convergence IC's need to be replaced or the lenses realigned.
It's unusual for it to go out this early though, they usually kick the can around the 5 yr mark.
Is this a Hitachi?

Hi mark,
Yes it's a Hitachi, I try the option on the menu called magic Focus. It stop at the midway. How do I identify the convergence IC? I open the tv a saw three projecting lights. the red one is a little different because it has a black mark across it lense, is this normal? or it may burn out?
Thanks

Typically, the convergence IC's are located at the bottom right of the set (looking from the back)
They will have heat sinks attached to them and they are soldered on.
If you are getting the pincusion effect, then adjusting the guns will not work.
I'm not a TV technician, but I had this problem happen to me on my Philips (Hitachi actually makes it).
The IC's manufacturers used to make were rated at 110v. Typical home voltage is now around 115-120v. Over time, these higher voltages will ruin the IC's. New IC's are now 120v rated.
