Anyone able to give any info as to recovering/refacing concrete back door steps (3). The 3rd step is actually connected to the patio (concrete slab)which was replaced in 2003 due to the old patio shifting. They are very rough with stone on the top, smooth down the sides. The steps are approx 50 yrs old. The sides have cracked, due to the old patio shifting. We have sealed the cracks down the sides, however they look terrible. We have thought about putting ceramic tile over the concrete. We were told stucco would not last the outdoor elements. Any ideas how to correct this without replacing the whole set of steps. Any advice is appreciated greatly...
