Hi,
I just purchased my first boat about a week or so ago. It is an old 1984 22' Celebrity cruiser. I fully trusted the individual that sold it to me but after yesterdays rain, the boat's cabin floor is completely soaked in water. I did noticed the floor a bit soft as I was inspecting the boat but the individual told me it was nothing, just plywood that could be fixed later on. I took his word for it and now my wife's going to kill me for this one!!! JK The boat was covered right on top of this floor and the roof of it is clean and dry. I can't even think of where this water might have come in through. Can you please help as what I should do? I am handy with woodworking and such but if I don't know where the water leak source is located then i would do all work for nothing.
Thank you so much in advance!
