In my foyer, there is a layer of linoleum and then a layer of commercial vinyl tile over 3/4in hardwood circa 1940. I', pulling up the layers to refinish the wood and find a sticky mess. Heard great things about citristrip, but also see in HD KleanStrip Adhesive Remover. I don't think the wood beneath had heavy varnish... and i was going to sand it anyways. Which one should I use to clean up the stickiness?
