I live in Quebec, Canada and is looking at buying a tankless WH.(Takagi TK-3)
The house is 2700 sf including basement and heating will be radiant using the tankless WH. We're a familly of 4. All this with a well and septic system.
Has anyone used such system in our cold weather?
How good and reliable are they?
Looking for nay info I can gather before buying it,
thanks

Get a modulating condensing boiler and an indirect. You'll use far less energy (20+% savings), your electrical bill will be half what it was with the tankless (with the right boiler), you'll have a safer tested combination that will last far longer and perform domestic hot water supplying infinitely better.
