We just bought a home that has Versa Strip flooring. What is the best method to care for this type of flooring? We has 6 dogs..............needless to say, doggie prints everywhere. I've heard about vinegar/water= 1:4, all of the commercial products out there, it's confusing. I would really like to keep is simple, as we will be cleanning very often.
Thanks for the input,
Laura

If you can find a source for this brand flooring, check with them. All of these laminate companies have their own cleaning supplies and, for some reason, they seem to work best on their particular floor.

Vinegar and water work well on plastic laminate. The key is to use a damp mop squeezed nearly dry. Do a section at a time and toss down old towel to buff and dry to prevent streaking. Avoid products that will leave residues and attract soils. No waxes or oils or products contain waxes and oils.
