Ok I just bought this 1997 seadoo xp with a few mods on it like an exhaust. The thing runs great except a few minor tune ups before I brought it out. Last problem I had was I mixed the gas and oil wrong and it was sputtering all day. But i got that corrected, and when I had it out today with fresh gas n oil mixed 50:1..the ski would turn on fine..then it could run for 30 secs or 2 mins but then it would completely cutoff..not slowly turn off..but shut down as if its an electrical issue..The terminals were melted on my new battery, so I was wondering if its somehitng thats over charging the battery terminals thats causing them to melt..to much voltage going somewhere..If any of you have any suggestions or know whats wrong please email me here or at mustoffa17@aim.com I would greatly appreciate it
