For all of you who have been following my A/C saga and have offered advice, I thank you.
New outside fan, fresh refrigerant, cleaned the evap coils, cleaned blower fan, new filter just in case, put a new drain in (they had done something funky with a loopy pipe thing). So far everything is looking good. Haven't found any leaks and no frozen coils for three days. A/C has been cycling through, I'm assuming as it is supposed to, at least it sounds just like the neighbors LOL.
Now I have a question about my thermostat. I'm sure it's off by a couple degrees. I have the temp set at 73*, it reads the current temp as 70* but the A/C still comes on (a cool spell right now, getting warmer tomorrow - 85ish). Is this normal? Should I think about replacing my thermostat, it came with the house, so I'm sure it's not the greatest thing in the world.

I'd replace it. Get a decent digital. Honeywell or White Rodgers. Stay away from the cheapies. I prefer a battery powered stat as opposed to one powered by the furnace or air handler. Just make sure to turn off the power before replacing the stat. A short can fry a digital stat pretty quick.
