Good day.
We have a PANASONIC CT32SL13 32" ANALOG TAU that does not want to respond to the remote control that came with the unit. At first I thought it was the actual rc hand unit that went bad and I purchased a new programable one that also failed to respond to the receiving eye within the television itself. I am convinced that there is something wrong with the internal receptor unit. Any thoughts or recommendations?
Thank you.

Yes, definetly sounds like the IR receiver end in the unit. Get ahold of the manufacturer, or another internet source to get the part # information. These things are failry cheap, around $5-20.
Not sure if requires to be soldered in, or if it's just a plug n play type part. Either way, the case is going to have to come off.

Thanks! I'll go check around for the part!
