condensing unit and handling unit won't turn off by itself. They only shut off when i turned the temp up to 90. I changed the stat but no help. any suggestion? thanks.

The system won't shut off via the thermostat but will if you turn it up to 90º, right?
What is the temp in the house & at what temp do you have the stat set?
