We had terminix out here a few months ago for an inspection and there was nothing wrong. I found wings around my toliet paper and they look like they are eating the toliet paper??? Do they eat toliet paper?

Termites do not eat toilet paper. Collect some samples of the wings and take to your local Cooperative Extension Agent. They will send them off to the lab for a free diagnosis. In about 10 days you should have a report. Then, you can report back here so that all of us will know what your problem is.

Termites do eat paper
I have been on an account where they ate an entire years worth of fiscal reports in a back room
Save the wings for the inspector or take then to an extension office for ID
They should be able to ID them on the spot if not find someone with enough experience to do so, like a pest control tech with more than two weeks experience
Just about any pest control company will ID them for you if you drop by their office
