I was given a 2003 Model RCA 60 inch big screen, it has good picture but about 90% of the time the top and bottom are warped it looks like you are projecting the picture on the inside of a tin can the picture curves in at the top and bottom the picture curves like a smile on top and frown on bottom. I m trying to describe this the best I can. I thought the screen was bowed but its not. Have any ideas? Would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

You have a typical convergence problem.
The convergence I.C.'s need replacement most likely. This will cost you about $250-300 if you have a tech come to your home to replace.
This is very common. It is worth fixing. I had the same thing happen to my set, now the picture is better then what I bought it.
