We finally dismantled our sunroom last week. Now we are left with a concrete "border", the footprint of the sunroom, 26' x 9', where the metal framework of the sunroom was attached. It is 3 1/2 inches high and @ 4 inches wide. Is there a better way to get rid of this border other that taking a sledgehammer to it? Unfortunately owe have an inground pool a few feet from it and I'd like to avoid concrete chips flying all around. A previous post mentioned a product called Dexpan, a liquid poured into holes drilled in the concrete. Has anyone used this with much success? I looked at Home Depot to see if there was some kind of tool that would cut horizontally, but the only thing they had was a power chisel. Any and all advive would be appreciated. The interior of the sunroom is tile but we will be taking that up as well and resurfacing the whole deck area eventually.
