What is the easy way to remove all glue and crpet of of a concreate floor.

Usually, there's no such thing. The exception is if the floor has been down long enough for the glue to have dried enough to be crystallized. In that case, it will normally come tight up. Hit the glue that's left with a sander and you're good. Not so if the glue is still holding. I've had to cut many the floor into six or eight inch strips and pull like mad on each strip to get it up. The glue is best removed in that case with a four inch razor scraper on your hands and knees with lots of elbow grease. The fact that it's a concrete floor could work in your favor. Water tends to loosen the glue pretty good. I took one out several years ago by soaking the carpet and keeping it wet several days. The water loosened the glue and I was able to get the carpet out fairly easily. That will introduce lots of moisture into your concrete so this method only works if that won't be an issue.
