I have three tiny rips in my microfiber sectional, what would be the best thing to fix them. It is new so I would like if it was not noticeable. Please let me know what you think I should do.

There's no way to actually fix a tear or rip so that it is or looks brand new again or even attractive for that matter. You can temporarily fix it by either hand sewing using a ladder stitch or with an iron on patch, if you can find one that somewhat matches. If you're using and sitting on it, then over time the stress will continue to rip it even more.
I'm afraid the only way to fix it right, is to have it recovered.

where are the rips? near a seam or edge? if so, it might be a manufacturer's defect. or do you know for a fact you did it?

What caused the rips? Is the sofa under warranty?
