6.75 HP Craftsman 22" rear discharge power propelled rotary lawn mower Model No. 917.377390

She just stopped working. The belt is on the pulley and rotates. The clutch engages and locks. I can't find a do it yourself type manual. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the inside, back side of the wheels and see if all the teeth are gone.
