Just a thought..
I was out mowing the lawn this morning and noticed that one side of the two sides of my heat pumps coils was covered in those floating seeds (dandelions?).
I brought out the garden hose and rinsed them off.
So, you might want to keep an eye on your heat pump/condenser coils every so often to check for that sort of thing.
