I plan to install brick edgers and patio pavers. I know that you can score them with a chisel and then break them along that score.

But I was wondering if there is a saw that will do a better job?

Also, is it possible to cut concrete blocks along a curve (i.e., cut a radius)?

Thanks.

I assume you are using interlocking concrete pavers. If you are using brick, forget about the following comments.

Most real concrete paver suppliers have hand operated hydraulic splitters that you can use/rent. No need for a precise saw cut in 95% of the time. Rentals also rent splitters. Because you are using vibrated sand between the pavers for the interlock this is usually adequate. - The Romans never did have a saw and their roads still work.

If you cannot handle a curve with two cuts (maximum) you are worrying too much. (unless you are using pavers inside).

Some contractors will lay the pavers and deeply free-hand cut for both curves and straight lines for driveways and patios. They them knock off the excess before installing the edge restraints.
