I'm in northern Florida, building a new 28x60 home, it has a footer with 3course block and framed floor crawl space. What is the best way to bring in my water line, electrical service (code is 24" deep), and sewage line? Do I dig down and lay in a 6" sch40 to "snake" through later? Or is the electrical and water that way and the sewage on top of the footer through the block?
