When we turn on the unit the big compressor fan turns on but the indoor blower won't even if you set it on fan.I have replaced the blower relay,capacitor wall mount thermostat and the indoor blower motor.Thie unit is a rheem package unit 230 volts the replacement blower motor is a protech 5 wire the old motor was a ge 4 wire.Anyone have any ideas what to look for Thanks Danny

If you jump R to G at the tstat anything??Does the blower relay get 24V when tstat calls for fan or cool???

might be a bad blower relay, you should be able to check for voltage right at the relay to verify. If you have a good multimeter and are VERY CAUTIOUS as this would have to be done with 240 volts powered up to the system and one false move could have you pushing up daisys. Be careful out there people

If there is a wiring diagram on the unit & you can take a picture of it, you can post the pic on photobucket or similar site & provide us with the URL to the photo. Seeing the diagram would help a lot.

I checked the indoor blower motor wires they have 118 volts at the orange-black and tan wires but the motor still won't run.I jumped the green and red wire still nothing.
I took a picture hope it works

Make sure you have +/- 230 volts from black to white at the bottom of the contactor. If you do, then check across the two screws at the top of the contactor. Unit will need to be running to do the second test. Do not check from each wire or screw to ground. I printed the wiring diagram & will get a magnifier tomorrow.
