Replaced both safety switches, plus seat switch.

When I either release the brake or engage the blade mower shuts off.

Any suggestions on what to do next.

Chassis ID numbers, please. And, while you're at it post the engine make and ID number of this, as well.

Still sounds like seat switch issues to me. Try strapping the seat switch and connector tight together to make sure the secondary switch in the connector is being activated.
