I have a craftsman power washer with a honda engine and it was giving to me someone told me think the pump is gone. I want to know if the pump doesn't work does it make it very hard to pull to start. In my first post I ask why is it so hard to pull to start and someone told me to hold the trigger well I did and still hard. any suggestion? If the pump is gone to you recommond me letting sears fix or just order the pump myself, I'm asking be I wonder if they would replace to hold pump or just fix the problem.

I suggest removing the pump and trying to start it first. Then you'll know if the pump is the reason it's hard to pull or not. You don't want to buy a pump for a bad engine.
