I have a white lawn tractor its a LT112. I looked for numbers on it and cant find any. Its got a 2cyl briggs 12.5hp in it thats wont run. It wouldnt run so I poured a little gas down the carb and it fires right up and runs great until it runs out of gas. I dont know how this thing works, the gas tank is under the seat so there must be a fuel pump somplace. Im not sure how the heck this thing gets the gas to the carb so I dont really know where to look for a problem at.

I take it this is an opposed twin? If it is the fuel pump is part of the carb casting. Check the vacuum line first, then look into the fuel pump.

Is that what runs the pump is the vaccume? If the pump is bad will a carb kit come with new pump pieces?

Engine crankcase pressure variations are what drives the fuel pump. You can buy a pump kit.

A carb kit will have the pump kit included.
