I have just recieved a Zenith 52" projection TV for free. Sounds great, however it will only work for 3 minutes now. Worked great for the first 30 minutes, now it will not stay on for more than 3. Sound is still working, but the picture is gone, just a black screen. Any ideas?

Could be a bad power supply.

If you are comfortable with electronics, you can remove the back casing (while unit is unplugged) and visually inspect all the solder joints on the boards. If any portion of the boards look burnt or melted, you need to replace it.

That would be a great place to start, if I even knew what the power supply looked like in the blasted thing. I took the back off already and blew it out. It seems to be related to the amount of time that it is off to as how long it is on. The longer it is off, the longer it works. Is there a place to where I can go and see what the power supply looks like?
