Bricks, Masonry, Asphalt and Concrete - Asphalt coating, one I like.

We have a driveway 20 X 40 that was in dire need of a fresh coat of coating. I looked around at the box stores and found at Menard's one I thought I would like. It is SEALBEST 800, which is the top of their line. It is sold in a 5-gallon bucket and the everyday price is $26.00 and was on sale for $18.77. Coverage per the 5-gallon bucket is said to be 250-350 sq. ft., or 50-70 sq. ft. per gallon. It is in JELL form, but DOES run out of the bucket. Very easy to apply, and since our drive was in dire need to be coated we were surprised to cover the 800 sq. ft with approx. 12 gallons or coverage of approx. 66 ft. per gallon. I took their advise and worked ACROSS the drive in strips of approx. 18" wide, and found that if I tried to widen the path it made it more difficult to squeeze out the product as I had to reach out to far. HARD ON THE BACK....

Just liked the way it went on, and how it looks now. The price was right too.
