On Sunday, my daughter turned on the swamp cooler, and there was a loud POP, then the breaker switch tripped off. I replaced the cooler switch and the breaker switch, but there is still no power. Any thoughts why?

You will proabably have to trace the wiring run, and see if there are any junction boxes, etc. With the power off, of course, "re-make" every connection - sounds like one or more wire "junstions are not making good contact.
