Granite is one of the most widely used stones because of its durability, color range, and cost. Granite is a very durable igneous rock and can be found in a wide variety of colors. Granite also does not cost as much as marble. Granite can be used for several projects: stone panels, counter tops, floor tiles, wall tiles, exterior cladding, elevator panels, etc. It is also available in several different face textures, the most popular being polished.
