After using black jack driveway sealer and taking all the precautions your site and may others have recommended regarding protecting pavers along side the driveway, I failed. I taped over the pavers(Beveled edges) but the sealer migrated under the tape and to make matters worse I decided to try to wipe it off?????????
Is there any process or chemical that will remove the sealer, both the hardened remains and the sealer that was absorbed by the pavers.

MEK will remove most of it, if you don't die in the process. Be careful.
