6 yr. old gas water heater makes high pitch squeal when the shower hot water is first turned on. water lines do not seem to have any air chambers on them....nothing at water heater. pulled on pressure relief valve and brownish water came out tube. would dirty build up cause this? Or air in line? any help/ suggestions would be appreciated. thanks, marty
