hi,

I 'm using a paradox 1728 but I can't program it to call out alter nate 2 telephone number when it alarm.

It only call 1 telephone number.

Ok, you should watch tacking on to the end of a year old thread, makes it easy to miss your question. That said...

I don't have a copy of a Paradox install manual, (I'm not a dealer for this brand, and so don't have access to their site). But on a guess, there is probably a configuration setting to make it dial a secondary number.

If you want help on this one, you will have to provide the information from your install manual that we can help you interpret.
