i have b/s c11L 19335m motor 11hp and can' find a eplacement kit any one have any clue. in an old john deere 111

Is that the number stamped in the engine shroud? I think deere 111s came with 252000 series 11 hp briggs engines.

398811 is the Briggs and Stratton part number for the Magnetron solid state ignition module for this series engine.

do i have to remove the points to install this? or abandon them

You can snip the wire and leave them intact. Should be instructions with the kit for both removing and leaving installed.
