I have 4 keypads in my home. One of the keypads has become unresponsive. The service light is on solid and the fire light is a fast blink. All the other keypads are working correctly and show no problems. Do I simply need to replace this keypad or do I need to get service from a alarm installer? These keypads tie into a Networx NX-6

Are any of the other keypads LCD?? If so you should be able to hit *2 to find out the problem.

If it's only one keypad out of a set of 4, behaving in this manner, I would check the wiring connections on the back of the keypad.
