Help!
This morning we found that our toilets and water faucets don't have the steady stream of water they had yesterday. Water spurts out as if there is an air bubble or something in the line. It continues to alternate between a steady stream and this forceful spray. Looks like I have a Memorial Day project. Anyone know what it could be?

The most likely answer is that the city was working on the water mains and got some air into the system. If so your neighbors will also be experiencing the same problems and it will go away as the air is released.
You could call your water department and ask about this. They may even come out and flush the lines at a nearby fire hydrant.

Thanks! I believe you are right. The problem seems to have resolved itself. We let water run from each faucet and we are back to normal. Thanks for the help!
