Brand new house all the faucets have hot water except the (2) showers. Faucets throughout are moen. House only lived in for (3) days.

Put the shower controls in the 'cold' position - does the water get hot then? If so, the showers were either plumbed backwards or the valve guts were installed backwards. Either way, it's an easy fix. Remove the shower handle and trim and reverse the internal valve assembly (you probably have or can download a moen install sheet that details this).
