Hi , I have a big porch that has glued on outdoor carpet, does anyone know the best way to get the glue off after tearing up th carpet? I would appreciate any help.

Sure, it is an easy process:
Rip up the carpet, getting as much of the glue as possible.
Next, rent a jackhammer and remove the concrete.
Pour a fresh slab and you are good to go!

You can be some strong adhesive remover at home centers along with a good floor scraper.
It will not be fun.
