We are renting a house. And our front bathroom does not have a showerhead. It is a tub and only has the faucet. The owner does not want us putting a hole or any damage to the wall to install a shower head. And they will not install a showerhead. Is there any way I can put in a hand held shower without causing any kind of damage?

Not really no. Plus, the other thought is what is on the walls around this tub? If it isn't tile or some type of fiberglass waterproof material the when you run a shower the water will be soaking into the walls.
