Are there any software or samples of varouis deck designs? I plan to extend my deck and want to see if I can get some ideas abouot how it would look. thanks

Many lumberyards and big box stores have CAD software available so that you can see a computerized drawing of your proposed deck. Of course, after all of the changes are in, it will then print you a mat'l. list.

Don't forget to check with building code office with plans. Many areas require building permit.
