I just purchased a home that has a Caretaker Plus sytem installed. It has lots of wireless zones and hard wired zones. I have been trying to get information on how to program the panel since I have no contact with the previous homeowner. This is such an old panel that there is no support that I can find for it. I basically need a installer code or master code so I can start to use this. Please help.

You are going to need a installer and user manual for this system. Run a websearch using the phrase "caretaker plus installer manual". It's a somewhat uncommon system, so you might have to pay a nominal fee for the download (bandwidth isn't free, you know...).
I will caution you that these systems are not easy to default if you don't know the existing master code. Also, if you try to default the programming, there are parts of it that can only be accessed using the download software.
I would honestly recommend that you consider replacing the control with one of the Concord series panels, or a Networx system with a wireless card, both of which are compatible with 90% of the wireless devices that were used by the caretaker system.
