I 'm would like to know if you know good sites that sell alarms that have GOOD TECH support.I really don't mine asking questions here but I would like most questions answered at the site that I purchased my alarm.Any Ideas Welcome.

Most tech support is done by the monitoring company, and they most likely will charge you if it requires them dial into your system.

The alarm industry is primarily oriented towards support for the installer/dealers. DIY and end-user tech support doesn't really enter into their business model.

And, the service technician is likely not located in your town and service call is in addition to parts and labor. Too, they subcontract their technician work and they can change subcontractors at any time.
