I just got all my new cabinets, premier from HD. The sink base is 27. I bought a sink which is standard 25 inches. I went to dry fit it and it does not fit in the sink base. The length is fine but the width is not. There is two pieces of wood (where the fake drawer is) that blocks it. Please help is this something that should be romoved or do I cut it out. Also how far in does the sink go as far as when I cut the counter?

25" is not standard. Most sinks are just around 21" plus the lip. The blocking you refer to is used to stiffen the top rail, and may not be removed without weakening the rail, not sure, since we can't see it. Don't understand the question "how far does the sink go". Go where?

I thought so, but with it being 25" in a 27" top, he doesn't have much wiggle room.

The standard double bowl sink is 33x22. Single bowls are 25x22. These dimensions are from lip to lip. I do not understand the 27" sink base. Most manufacturers do not make smaller than a 33". There is usually a template that comes with the sink for centering and making the cut out. Is the cut out properly centered? Are corner blocks in the way? Are corner blocks in the way on both sides or just one side? A 25x22 would be a tight squeeze in a 27" cabinet.
Corner blocks? Or, as you say, "There is two pieces of wood (where the fake drawer is) that blocks it." Fake drawer fronts on sink bases are usually installed with clips to face frame. I do not understand this construction design. If there are pieces of wood across the back of the fake drawer fronts, what purpose do they serve? Are the drawer fronts attached to them? Can they be removed without jeopardizing the stability of the drawer fronts? If they do, can you assure attachment on the back side with silicone caulk and brads?

Some sink base fake drawer panels are held by screws going through wood blocks which sit on the inside face of the face front.
