I have a Vista 20P panel. I would like to know if I can wire-in an Ademco 4285 Voice Module to this panel. I want to be able to use a phone in order to communicate with this panel. There is also a 4286 Module but I don't know what the difference is.

Yes, you can use either. The 4286 is the newer version. It has al the abalities as if you are behind a keypad.

Do you have the installation manual for this? You can google search "Ademco installtion manuals" and you should get some hits.
