Both are working, but no cold air. Room temp air blowing thru the vents. Both lines on outside unit going into house are the same temp. Coleman unit was charged last year. I do have guages to check the freon level, but I don't know what pressure it should be at?
Thanks for your help!

If you are not EPA certified to work with refrigerants, you could face some very stiff fines simply for putting the gauges on.
This system certainly sounds like it is leaking. The service company should be able to find the leak. There are several methods of leak detection including electronic "sniffers", dyes, & pressurizing the system with nitrogen & going over it with soap bubbles. I personally have found the dye to be quite reliable especially on small leaks.
